• Take the benefits we confirmed in Axe 1 and ensure that we can quantifiably prove, over time, that we are delivering on our promise. In other words, we are realizing the benefits we said we would realize.

• Work with you to design a bespoke dashboard that is simple, intuitive and user friendly so you can consult and monitor progress.

• Provide support to and diagnostics for if and when we trend the wrong direction and recommend ways to correct it (this could lead to new projects).
